Description: The NTE1604 is an integrated circuit in a 16-Lead SIP type package designed for use in FM car stereo receivers. This device features versatile muting characteristics and allows receiver designers to realize the muting performance according to their design concept. Features: D Versatile Mutings a. When Muting Operation is Performed under a Weak Signal Strength, an Attenuation Slope of the Audio Output Against the Input Signal Strength Varaitions can be Set at any Given value b. Maximum Muting Attenuation can be Selected Between about 6dB to 40dB c.
